To the Mom Who…

To the mom who is biological mom, stepmom, adopted mom, foster mom, stand-in mom, surrogate mom, mom in their hearts, grandmom...

To the mom who delivered by C-section, vaginally, naturally, with epidural, by surrogate, with the help of treatments, according to your birth plan, not according to your birth plan...

To the mom who breastfed, bottle fed, supplemented with formula, used formula from the start, bought baby food, pureed and made their own baby food, made home cooked meals more often times than not, bought takeout more often times than not, bought all organic and produce items, bought foods that weren't organic or produce items, fed your kid(s) in the way that worked best for you and your family and/or budget...

To the mom who homeschools, has their kids in public school, has their kids in private school, has their kids in a religious based school, has their kids in a boarding school, does co-op, has college kids, has working kids, has kids learning through life...

To the mom who works full time, works part time, stays at home full time, is still figuring this out...

To the mom who carried and lost and to the ones who have hope...

No matter the choices you made and are making, you have the best intention in mind and in heart and are doing your best even when it feels like a lot. You're amazing, you're strong, you're beautiful, you care. This journey is hard enough, and there isn't room for shame or comparison. Keep doing you and what's best for you and your family! You are doing your best, and sometimes, surviving is thriving. You are seen. You matter. You are more than enough.

Happy Mother's Day!
